1. Appointment with Propel Finance advisor

Connect with one of our industry leading finance brokers either in person or over the phone. Through our conversation we will be able to search through hundreds of loan products to find the right loan to suit your needs. This will be determined by your finance needs, borrowing capacity, credit check, and serviceability of loan repayments.

2. Finalise documentation

Your finance broker will advise you of what documentation is required. Once this documentation is received we can lodge your application.

3. Loan conditionally approved

The lender has now accepted your application pending valuation of the property. We will stay in contact with the lender as things proceed and will inform you every step of the way.

4. Unconditional approval

This is the formal approval that your home loan has been approved.

5. Loan documents to be signed

Your loan documents will arrive from the lender. We suggest you review these documents with your solicitor/conveyancer. Your finance broker will be available to answer any questions you may have. Return your signed loan documents to the lender.

6. Loan settlement
When purchasing a property, your solicitor/conveyancer will be in contact with the lender to organise disbursement of funds based on the settlement date noted in the contract. If refinancing your home loan, the lender will be in contact directly.

7. Keeping in touch
